Community fare on offer at Twilight Fair

Staff ReporterFremantle Gazette

Cargo bike rides, homemade food, giant sweet potatoes, fairies, pirates and an array of entertainment will all be available to locals eager to celebrate the Twilight Fair’s fifth anniversary while learning a bit more about their community and sustainability.

Fair co-ordinator Sarah Rule said the event was a valuable fundraiser for the community garden.

‘The Twilight Fair is just like a small town fair where you come and relax with friends and neighbours. It’s very grass roots and completely non-commercial, and that is a rare and precious thing these days,’ she said.
