Politicians, sports stars and members of the public will be locked up and fundraising a certain amount is the only way to get out.
Money raised will go to Cystic Fibrosis WA, Autism West and the Rotary Clubs of Perth and Mt Lawley.
A spokesperson from Cystic Fibrosis WA said the event was growing, with up to 400 expected to attend this year.
