Driving instructor charged with more indecent assaults

A PERTH driving instructor has been hit with 47 counts of indecent assault, allegedly committed during driving lessons.

In March 2019, Fremantle Detectives charged a 55-year-old man with an indecent assault that occurred during a driving lesson.

As a result of their ongoing investigation and coverage of this arrest, nine further victims have come forward (the victims were aged 16, 17 and 25 years old at the time of the offences)

It will be alleged between February 2014 and 2019, the man indecently assaulted the victims during their lessons.

The Leeming man has been further charged with 47 counts of indecent assault and he will appear before Fremantle Magistrates Court today.
