Elderly man hit by car in Fremantle, taken to RPH with potential broken ankle

AN elderly man has been hit by a car near Beach Street and Parry Street in Fremantle.

The man aged in his 90s was walking between two parked cars when one of the cars began to reverses but was not able to stop in time.

He has received lacerations, cuts and abrasions to his body and potentially has a broken ankle.

He has been taken to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment.
