Growing in popularity since its inception six years ago, the Hilton Harvest Community Garden event will promote sustainability, gardening and fun with a range of entertainment, children’s activities and food stalls.

Hilton Harvest’s Sasha Wray said different people were involved every year but they always made sure the event kept its grass roots core.

“It has continued to grow out of a commitment from the Hilton Harvest Community Garden committee and its members to promote sustainable living,” she said.

“It’s a really fun family friendly event that brings the community together after the long hot summer.
