The commendations were given to EES Shipping after it finished runner-up in two categories.

EES Shipping received the highly commended award in the Freight Forwarder of the Year category, while customs broker Phil Gray snagged another commendation in the Customs Broker of the Year category at a ceremony in Sydney on November 19.

Business support manager Amanda Bradfield said the company was excited by the recognition. “Receiving two highly commended certificates at a national level is humbling,” she said.
