Four local food outlets " Abhi's Bread, Karvan Coffee, The Honeycake and Monk Brewery " will be putting their best creations forward in this year's event, which is expected to see thousands flock to Langley Park for a taste.

The Honeycake sales and marketing manager Simona Kapoun said they had been operating out of the Fremantle Markets for the past two years and specialised in handmade honeycakes.

"We take great pride in being the first producer of this unique cake in Australia and our mission is to introduce The Honeycake to the Australian market and provide the unique pleasurable gourmet experience for our customers," she said.
