The free community event will have something for everyone with a free sausage sizzle, family entertainment, musical performances and a petting zoo.
IELC director Natalie Procino said the centre had recently been assessed as exceeding the national quality standard, which they would be celebrating during the event in the park, which recently received a facelift.
“It has been great seeing all the improvements that have been made to the park and hearing local kids enjoying the extra activities that are available now,” she said.
