Fremantle detectives charge teens charged after Palmyra pizza boy was robbed

TEENS allegedly armed with a baseball bat have been charged after a 21-year-old was robbed in Palmyra on Sunday (June 17).

Fremantle Detectives said the incident occurred about 12.15am at the corner of Baal St and McGregor Road.

A group of four allegedly set upon the 21-year-old pizza delivery person.

Police claimed they were disguised and armed with a baseball bat when they took the driver’s pizzas and the night’s takings.

An 18-year-old Brentwood man, a 17-year-old Attadale youth, a 17-year-old Palmyra youth and a 16-year-old girl from Booragoon were charged with aggravated armed robbery.

The 18-year-old will appear in Fremantle Magistrates Court in July, while the other teens will appear in Perth and Fremantle Children’s Courts in July.
