“There may be music and dancing – anything is possible.”

The Living Room presenter said he loved returning to Freo because it reminded him of home and would be using much of the City’s produce as part of the night.

“I love the area, it reminds me of a fishing village feel and takes me back to Spain,” he said.

“I will be cooking the paella for everyone right in front of them.

“I like to cook it so I know that the I get the rice perfect with the crust and the seafood is perfect.

“We will be using all of our free range produce to deliver the best products like you would find and enjoy in Spain.”

Maestre said guests would be greeted by him and then enjoy a five-course interactive meal.

“We want to make people fee like they are in Spain and can leave loving the food, the flavour and the whole experience.

“Watch out I may sing La Bamba and I am very good at juggling lobsters.

“I want them to feel the value of the Spanish experience and leave full and satisfied.”
