Shoe Fun is coming to Fremantle.
Freo Now began a campaign to encourage creatives to come down and sell their wares in pop-up stores in Fremantle.
Shoe Fun owner Sandi Holborn said the decision to move to the area was because she loved the fact it was diverse and alternative.

READ NOW“Shoe Fun is about different, our shoes are quirky and fun, we do pinup, retro and vintage style,” she said.
“Shoe Fun has been running online for almost four years, we are listening to our wonderful customers and have decided that it is time to try a store front.”
She said she had no plans to move away from Fremantle.
“We live locally and kids love the location,” she said.
“In the future I hope to be able to have and work in a business that is inspiring and fun and my customers will feel the same way about it too.”
Freo Now board member Samantha Reece said they had received about 15 application in the campaign.
“At this stage we have selected five as we have more vacant spaces also coming on line,” she said.
“We will be advertising this opportunity again.
“We have only just started so we are definitely looking for this to be a long term initiative.
“Ultimately we want to attract businesses to Fremantle that offer a unique product that you couldn’t find elsewhere.”
Ms Reece said a similar idea has been implemented in Perth.
“It certainly is thinking outside the box and we have been very grateful for the support of landlords who are wanting to activate Fremantle and as such are sponsoring this initiative,” she said.
