AN athlete, a basket case, a princess and a criminal – The Breakfast Club is being performed by Fremantle Performing Artists on Thursday July 26.
Director, producer and playwright Brenton Foale said he adapted the screenplay of the famous 1980s movie for the stage.
“I chose The Breakfast Club because of the drama, emotion and the characters, three elements I believe are important to any play,” he said.
