Fremantle south ward by-election: Andrew Sullivan retains seat on council

Leah RobertsFremantle Gazette

ANDREW Sullivan has reclaimed his seat on council after winning the South Ward by-election for South Fremantle.

The October election was declared invalid in December after the Electoral Commissioner made a complaint about the election result when it found Ben Moodie, a candidate in the South Ward, was not living in the area when he nominated.
