FREMANTLE Police are investigating after excrement was smeared over the war memorial at Monument Hill yesterday.
At about 5.30pm, a man was seen to empty a bucket of excrement over the memorial plaques.
Police would like to speak to the man in the above photograph who they believe can assist with this inquiry.
