TWO Fremantle businesses will pack up their delicious wares and take them to one of the biggest culinary events on Perth’s calendar next week.

After a successful Good Food and Wine Show in 2016, Fremantle’s Bee Lane Fine Smoked Foods will use this year’s event to launch two new flavours of its cold smoked tomato range.

Also involved is May Street Larder and Bib and Tucker owner Eamon Sullivan, who will introduce Cocowhip and Acaiwhip – healthier alternatives to soft serve.

Bee Lane owner Bronwyn Lane said she received an overwhelming response after last year’s show and was eager to be involved again.

“The Good Food and Wine show is the perfect platform to launch any new products,” she said.

“We will be launching two very exciting new products at this year’s Good Food and Wine Show in Perth – lemon myrtle mountain pepper leaf cold smoked tomatoes and star anise cold smoked tomatoes.

“These new flavours can be used on their own in many ways and also invite the chef in all of us to introduce sensational flavours to traditional recipes.”

The Good Food and Wine Show is on July 14 to 16 at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.
