FREMANTLE'S King's Square has been reopened after explosives were discovered outside the old Myer building this morning.
Police media confirmed that "inert power gel" was discovered at 11.30am.
The area was cordoned off and the bomb squad summoned, however it was stressed that there was no risk to the community.
