Hamilton Hill teen (14) to appear in court over alleged party assault

A HAMILTON HILL teen will appear in court today after being charged over an incident that left another boy unconscious.

Fremantle Detectives charged the 14-year-old with grievous bodily harm following their investigation into an out of control party in Yangebup on October 15.

Police allege a 15-year-old boy was knocked unconscious after being struck on the head.

The victim spent several days in Princess Margaret Hospital with a fractured left eye socket and bleeding on the brain.

The 14-year-old boy is due to appear before the Perth Children’s Court today.
