‘This project is the Fremantle Business Improvement District Company’s major initiative for 2013,’ BID executive manager Kim Low said.
‘The lights will be on every night between 7-10pm. We can program them to change colour and can create feature and subtle lighting on all of the buildings together or separately.’
Ms Low said the effect was spectacular and the hope was they would attract foot traffic which would benefit local business.
