The Fremantle Post Office, 22 Pakenham Street and Scots Presbyterian Church were awarded $100,000, $70,802 and $63,700 respectively to help conserve and revitalise the buildings.
Heritage minister Albert Jacobs said the grants would generate more than $20 million in conservation works.
‘The heritage grants program plays an important role in assisting private owners with funding to undertake urgent works to their state heritage registered places,’ he said.
