A SUMMMARY feedback for the High Street upgrade has highlighted issues surrounding the roundabout effectiveness and lack of pedestrian and cyclist facilities.

Residents from Fremantle, Beaconsfield, East Fremantle, Bibra Lake made 270 submissions.

The issues that raised the most concern was 39.7 per cent roundabout effectiveness, 26 per cent lack of pedestrian and cyclist facilities, 6.85 percent netball access and build Roe 8 and 9 instead.

In a summery of the consultation the key priorities include safety at the intersection, pedestrian and cyclist crossing and behaviour of truck drivers.
