Leah RobertsFremantle Gazette

IT’S been a busy 100 years for Marjorie Bostelman, who celebrated the milestone birthday earlier this month.

One of the first people born at King Edward Memorial Hospital, Mrs Bostelman was raised in Hamilton Hill until she married and moved to Palmyra, where she lived most of her life.

Known as ‘Speedy’ she was a champion golfer who played her last game when she was 88 years old.
