Attendees at Hilton’s Soul Hula can say just that, mixing hula hooping and dancing in a fun and unique fitness session.
Owner Shannie Healy said there were many benefits to hula hooping including mind body co-ordination, stamina, core strength, balance and confidence building.
‘It’s a lot more modern and it has been developed from a form of play and people all over the globe have been captivate by it and progressed the trend using YouTube,’ she said.
‘We are always building on what we offer and add new elements to classes.’
Soul Hula runs from the Fremantle PCYC, with classes starting again from January 28. Details at soulhula.com.
