Hip new take on creating fitness fun

Attendees at Hilton’s Soul Hula can say just that, mixing hula hooping and dancing in a fun and unique fitness session.

Owner Shannie Healy said there were many benefits to hula hooping including mind body co-ordination, stamina, core strength, balance and confidence building.

‘It’s a lot more modern and it has been developed from a form of play and people all over the globe have been captivate by it and progressed the trend using YouTube,’ she said.
