Fremantle Hospital’s Mental Health Consumer Advisory Group member Jacqui MacKenzie has played a role in the local development of mental health programs, and will be using her other love, jewellery making, to help break down the walls.

‘Be Active Open Minds Open Doors is a valuable event because it’s a celebration of talent and creativity, and also an opportunity for people to come inside the Alma Street Centre and see that it’s a welcoming and healing space,’ she said.

The exhibition is open to the public from September 30 to October 10 at the Alma Street Centre’s Group Program Area on Level 5 of Fremantle Hospital’s W Block.
