Coolbellup’s Barbara Grimm and long-time friend Regina Delborrello set out to build something that would keep children entertained while also helping them to learn and develop new skills.

From this, Funky Elephant was born. Funky Elephant delivers monthly-themed projects to inspire imagination, creativity and learning in kids aged between three and seven years.

‘We recognised the need for children to develop skills and enhance their creativity through arts and craft,’ said Barbara. ‘We wanted to spark their creativity, and inspire imaginative play and self esteem.

‘Parents love that they can either leave their children to create on their own or use it as quality time with their kids that doesn’t involve planning on their behalf.’
