Fremantle locals get bendy for weekend yoga and breakfast at Raw Kitchen

Jessica NicoFremantle Gazette

Enthusiasts of healthy eating and living will be able to meet like-minded people at the event, which will bring a morning of yoga together with an opportunity for health-orientated businesses to connect with locals.

Bendy Breakfast director Lindsay Walton said local health businesses Nestle and Crush, Mandala Chai and Teassential would be among those taking part.

“I wanted to start doing an event which would incorporate eating with exercise, I have always loved yoga and breakfast is my favourite meal of the day, so I thought why not do yoga and breakfast, the two go hand in hand if done correctly,” she said.

“In the summer we plan on doing more outdoor events.”
