Man charged over armed robbery in O’Connor

A MAN has been charged over an alleged armed robbery in O’Connor on Sunday August 20.

The man allegedly entered a Stock Road service station about 9.20pm, threatening a male employee and demanding cigarettes.

The man intimated he had a knife, and left the store after being given cigarettes.

The man was arrested at his Hamilton Hill home yesterday.

He has been charged with armed robbery and possessing drug paraphernalia and will appear in Fremantle Magistrates Court today.
