Man fined in Fremantle Magistrates Court for using mobile phone while driving

A MAN has been fined $400 for touching his mobile phone while stopped at a red light.

Stuart Richard pleaded guilty to the charge of using a mobile phone while driving a vehicle at Fremantle Magistrates Court yesterday.

On September 19, he was driving along Leach Highway in Willagee.

Richard used his phone whilst the car was stationary but not parked at a red light.
