Motorcyclist seriously injured in Hamilton Hill crash

MAJOR Crash Investigators are seeking information about a crash in Hamilton Hill on Friday, in which a motorcycle rider received serious injuries.

About 4:20pm a white Daihatsu Charade was being driven west on Forrest Road, on approach to the intersection of Arthur Road; at the same time a Honda motorcycle was approaching the same intersection.

The two vehicles collided at the intersection and the motorcycle rider was thrown from the motorcycle.

The 62-year-old motorcyclist received serious injuries and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital by St John Ambulance.

The driver of the Daihatsu, a 78-year-old woman, was not injured.
