Poetry D’Amour: special performance of romantic anthology to be performed at Perth Zoo

Jessica NicoFremantle Gazette

LOVED up couples do not need to wait until Valentine’s Day for their next romantic date, with a special night of love poetry at Perth Zoo this weekend.

More than 70 poets have contributed to the romantic new Poetry D’Amour anthology, including Beaconsfield’s Tineke Van der Eecken, Hilton’s Liana Joy Christensen, South Fremantle’s Katie Hall and Janet Woods from O’Connor.

Van der Eecken said the love poetry would be shared in a special event under the stars, where the audience can enjoy live readings and performances from Zainab Syed, Laundry Man and Hall.
