Police executed a search warrant about 8am on Thursday, locating goods worth about $15,000.

Among the items recovered were power tools including cordless drills, grinders and jigsaws. iPods, gps navigators, phones and drug paraphernalia were also located.

Police now hope to return the stolen items using details engraved on them by the original owners.

They said it was a good example of how marking your property could help police return the items if they were stolen.

If you recognise any of the items call Murdoch Police.
