The Kick-off with Pav competition invites all local amateur sporting clubs to put forward their best players to attempt to kick a football farther than the distance kicked by Pavlich on the day.

There will be four competition categories: under 14-year-old males and females, and a male and female category for those aged 14 and above.

There will be a major prizewinner in every category who will each receive $1000 for their sports club and a framed Fremantle Football Club jersey signed by Pavlich to keep for themselves.

Frasers Property Australia general manager WA Tony Perrin said there had been some exciting advancements in Port Coogee in the last year.

“We’ve seen the opening of the Port Coogee Village Shopping Centre, the construction of 11 custom designed town-homes overlooking Coromandel Park and, in the New Year there’ll be the launch of the Coogee Maritime Dive Trail to look forward to,” Mr Perrin said.

The Hello Summer street party will be held at Port Coogee Marina, Maraboo Wharf.

Enter via Pantheon Avenue from Cockburn Road.
