The FLCWA will have between 40 and 50 cars on display, in an event that has run for more than 15 years and is the largest in the club’s calendar.

Club registrar Giles Wilson said some of the cars that would be on display were really special.

‘The Fiat marque is more than 110 years old, and the Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Maserati and Lancia brands are now part of the Fiat Group,’ he said.

‘There will be a diverse range of vehicles on display, from vintage Fiats dating back to the 1920s, to family vehicles from the 1960s and 70s, rally-winning motorsport vehicles from the 1970s to the 1990s as well as the range of new Fiats (Freemont, 500, Panda and Punto) now available on the market.’

The free Fiat Lancia Car Day at Kings Square is from 10am to 2pm on November 24.
