Mr Mendolia, the man behind the Fremantle Sardine Company, will be bringing his products to the forthcoming Good Food and Wine Show being held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre from July 11 to 13.

He said he would be setting up his products in WA Artisan Lane, which aims to display the best of local producers.

‘We wanted to introduce our newest products as the only canned suppliers of sardines in Australia, plus we wanted to launch the fact that sardines are making a comeback,’ he said.
