The fun-themed playground was part of a co-ordinated effort by the school community to add another dimension to the school's play area.
Ship designer Candy Yelavich said the school was thrilled to have the playground, which was part of an $18,000 endeavour that also included undercover shade and a sandpit, available to students.
She said the project had added adventure to the playground, as well as a new visual element.
