FREMANTLE detectives have arrested a 64-year-old man for allegedly touching an eight-year-old girl in an indecent manner.
Police claim the incident occurred between 1pm and 2pm on Tuesday, December 19, at the Horse Hire Park in Mala Way, Success.
An eight-year-old girl was playing with a group of friends when a man, who was not known to the children, allegedly photographed them.

The man, from Success, has been charged with indecent dealing and will appear at the Fremantle Magistrates Court on January 12.
