A BIBRA Lake cake shop manager says she is hoping to bring a smile to the faces of some sick kids when they visit with their families this week.
And she will have the help of an international pastry chef to do just that.
Kids from the Children’s Leukaemia and Cancer Research Foundation will visit My Delicious Cakes this Thursday. Visitors will be treated to demonstrations and offered the chance to decorate their own cakes.
Manager Lyn Dellabona, who will be joined by Italian pastry chef Antonio Argentieri, said cake making was a great way for kids to have fun.
“Baking has no boundaries and there is the opportunity for kids to use their creativity,” she said.
