The brainchild of Fremantle women Alvina Doremus and Sophia Davidson, the event will have the usual cocktail party air about it, while giving attendees the chance to try their hand at fun new trades including Bachata dance, drawing caricatures or learning circus tricks with the help of Fremantle-based Circus WA.

Ms Doremus said there would be six mini workshops to keep everyone entertained.

“We enjoy going out at night and wanted to design an after-work event that consisted of more than just drinks,” she said.
