Police arrested six people and charged them with offences relating to drugs, weapons and stolen property, seizing methamphetamine, cannabis, cash and items linked to burglaries as far away as the Vines.
Murdoch local policing team 3 Sergeant Bruce McDonald said the successful bust was initiated by a phone call from a concerned member of the public.
He said police then followed the lead and gathered enough information to conduct search warrants on two neighbouring addresses and found the items in one of the homes.
Sgt McDonald said his team gathered 86 items from the Curan Street address and charged four men and two women.
Police allege some of the items seized during the search were suspected of being stolen from burglaries and stealing offences and then exchanged for illicit drugs. This included computers, toolboxes, jewellery, alcohol, televisions, stereo equipment, collector coins, cash and a handgun.
Sgt McDonald said the result was a good example of the residents and police working together to address a problem in the community.
