AN O’Connor apprentice has been recognised at the recent 2015 NECA WA Excellence and Apprentice Awards.
Techforce Electrical’s Corey Lutz won the second-year Apprentice of the Year award for his work |improving personal development, effort and skill.
Techforce Electrical director Mark Cikarela said the win was a huge achievement for Mr Lutz.
“We formed our family business five years ago and Corey is a result of our belief in training and development for young tradespeople,” he said.
“We want the best for our employees and if we can train them to have the right attitude and skills early on then we are setting them up for a successful career, with our business or their own,” he said.
