Trapped cat ready for new life after rescue

The RSPCA was alerted to the trapped cat, at a suburban home, through a call to its cruelty complaint line.

Despite having no food or water, the cat was in good health.

An RSPCA spokesman said there was insufficient evidence for a prosecution.
