A MAN and a teenager, are in custody after allegedly fleeing police in a stolen vehicle earlier today.
A police spokeswoman said officers had tried to stop the BMW, which was taken from a home in Winthrop overnight, after spotting it in Leeming.
She said the driver fled before later being stopped in Hamilton Hill where the pair was taken into custody.
