Walking against pet trade cruelty

Mr Baldwin and wife Emily have years of experience as dog groomers, washers, sitters, and walkers.

Their latest venture is the K9 Playtime Doggy Day Care in Jandakot.

Mr Baldwin said he had seen countless animals, particularly smaller dogs, with health problems associated with the pet farming trade.

"We get a lot of dogs from puppy farms that are struggling," he said.

"It's not the fault of animals; it's a terrible way to live. Anything the RSPCA can do to knuckle down on that " from supporting the animals used for breeding to the animals bred there " we support 100 per cent."

The walk will be held this Sunday along the Swan River.
