According to WaterCorp and LandCorp, the development will achieve a 70 per cent reduction in water use per household compared with the average Perth home.
LandCorp metro general manager Luke Willcock said the development aimed to promote sustainability through an energy, water and climate-responsive design.
“A key aspect of the WGV Waterwise project is to monitor the water use from all sources on the site and across the various housing types,” he said.
