Wear a Bear Day, the PMH Foundation’s largest public fundraiser, is used to raise thousands of dollars for local children and their families” like the Goodwin family from Atwell.

Hours after being born two weeks early, young Isaiah was rushed to Princess Margaret Hospital with weak lungs and breathing difficulties.

His mum Chanel said if it was not for the amazing care and support shown by PMH, Isaiah might not be the thriving young boy he is today.

‘The PMH Foundation needs support from the community to help children like our son grow and develop, and I’d encourage others to support Wear a Bear Day by purchasing merchandise or helping to rattle a tin on the day,’ she said.

Merchandise includes a plush grab bear and $2 felt finger puppets.
