MANY hands made light work as the local community joined together to paint a beautiful vista that will watch over the White Gum Valley Orchard.

Local artist Lynne Tinley collaborated with the members to design and paint the banner, which will be hung up during community events and festivals.

“Community art projects like these are a great way to meet new members of your neighbourhood, and that’s exactly what’s come from this afternoon session, as well as growing new ideas for learning from each other about food making,” she said.
“There were no skills required and we were guided by an expert in Lynne to produce a good quality result we can all be proud of.”
