The two men will be part of a group of more than 100 taking part in the Hawaiian Ride for Youth next month, an event that is now in its 12th year of raising funds and awareness for the Youth Focus goal of preventing youth suicide.
Mr James said he was looking forward to the 700km trek from Albany to Perth for the third time.
‘This is a very important cause to me, despite the fact that thankfully I do not have any personal experience of depression,’ he said.
