JUST what are you supposed to eat safely these days? Red and processed meats are now in the ring as possible causes of cancer.

Putting that aside, carcinogenic fluoride and chlorine are added to the drinking water, along with sewage.

There is genetically modified food and food with preservatives, colours and flavours as well as mercury in fish.

There are pesticides, chemicals and asbestos everywhere; diesel and unleaded petrol fumes, mobile phone and microwaves frequencies, some modern medications, danger from the sun and stress in our lives.

We are all born with cancer cells that lie dormant until something sets them off.
