Rates rise a real worry

WHY should the ratepayers from the City of Cockburn pay for the damage that has been done on Osprey Drive, Yangebup when the City and the Police continue to do nothing about the speeding?

How much has it cost the ratepayers in Cockburn for six concrete bus shelters and 10 steel light poles (one is still down today after it was destroyed about six months ago). More than half the keep left signs have also been destroyed.
