PREMIER Colin Barnett has had his say on amalgamation of councils, now it is time for others to vote in the poll and give their preference, as provided for in the Local Government Act 1995.
It has the right of residents to call for a poll on (proposed) amalgamations; see in Schedule 2.1. I shall be using my right to call for a poll.
