Water for Bibra Lake

EVEN though climate change plays a big part in a bone dry Bibra Lake and wildlife will relocate until the lake refills, the water authority must still have some run off from the treatment plant.

Why cannot this water be pumped into Bibra Lake, as it was with Yangebup Lake… or is this in the too-hard basket?
